Sacred Valley
- Our full-day tour to the Sacred Valley begins with a visit to Pisac, where we will explore its famous artisan market and impressive archaeological complex that offers panoramic views of the valley. Here, we will learn about Inca agricultural techniques and life in the ancient city. After exploring Pisac, we will head to Urubamba for a buffet lunch that includes a variety of local specialties.
- In the afternoon, we visited Ollantaytambo, a living Inca city with an archaeological site that served as both a military fortress and a religious temple. We climb its steep terraces to enjoy a panoramic view of the valley and learn about the strategic and spiritual importance of Ollantaytambo. Our last destination is Chinchero, known for its traditional textiles and beautiful market. Here, we will attend a weaving demonstration and learn about ancestral techniques before returning to Cusco, enriched by the cultural and landscape diversity of the Sacred Valley.
